no, unless you have a really good set of speakers, the you wont notice a difference between the onboard sound and a seperate sound card.

i doubt that it is noisy, unless you crank up the fan to 100% then ofcourse you will hear it. plus the 4890 will blow the gts 250 out of the water, an then some.
 
Thanks, I am definitely not buying the sound card any more.

Also, Do I really need the Cooler I am not going to do any overlocking( at least not for now). So will my PC run OK without any cooler? Or I am running the risk of overheating CPU or Video Card without separate cooler inside?
 
If your not going to be overclocking then the stock heatsink is fine.

I would definitely look into OCing down the road, the i7 is a great OCer.
 
250 = 9800 = 8800. Don't waste your money and never listen to someone who works at the place you are going to buy parts from... their interest is in making a buck.
