In my opinion, and the reviews I've read, all the P35 chipsets, show similar performance. In terms of gaming and overclocking. It's just a matter of features, and price of course.

the asus p5k is good... but its pricier than the p35-ds3l, which is why most poeple prefer the ds3l over it....
