I can't win with you guys ;_; well then I'll just get the Asus P8p67 PRO as that has SLi support at x8/x8 and I'll also get an intel i7 2600k with this as they have a bundle on it.
EDIT: i7 2600k really is overkill most games don't even utilize 4 cores. I will get the i5 2500k as I originally planned.

You are both right about the bandwidth.
but missed the point...
that board does not support SLi because it wasn't licensed to run SLi.

Default Recommend a setup for me :)

Okay so I have already made a post about building my first computer but I want you guys to make a recommendation to me as I want to hear what you guys think I should get. I only need the case and what's inside it, if possible I'd like to get all of them from ebuyer or on amazon.
My absolute maximum budget on this computer is 1050 GBP.
I want the computer to run crysis 2 maxed out at 60 fps at a stable rate

Buy this comp (it contains everything I would picked anyway, just saves me time and you money)
https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Sho...ductId=1509962
Plus this power supply:
https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Sho...ductId=1510140
and this graphics card:
https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Sho...ductId=1510330

Total inc. shipping and VAT: £1,030.75

And that's everything you'll need

I realise you'd prefer Amazon or eBuyer, but I'd definitely recommend getting it from Scan as well as either of those.
