Building my first computer

I'm trying to build a decent gaming machine for no more than $800 and preferably less than $700. After much research on Newegg and other forums, this is what I have so far.

Not sure if I want that case, that was someone else's suggestion, I may find myself another one.
Later (probably sometime next year), I'll be upgrading to an 8800gts, and I can do without dx10 until then.
Any suggests to improve it or anything to make it cheaper without sacrificing performance? Am I forgetting anything? I also plan on doing some overclocking.

If I order before the offer ends, I'll definitely get that RAM instead.

About the processor, would it really be worth it? How much better could it overclock? I don't really plan on doing anything too extreme. I'm actually thinking about saving a little money and downgrading it to a 1.8ghz. I can always upgrade later if I need to.

well that processor has the m0 stepping... which makes it run cooler and overclock better.. so people have been OC a lot better...

thats so cool!!! it used an Asus P5K Deluxe... with some G-Skill RAM (i'm gonna assume HZ, i miss recommending those lol)

no it was not HZ..if you look they are only at 4-4-4-12 timings with a low FSB...HZ's could do CL3 at those speeds easy. Those are probably the NQ's
