Building my 1st computer, thoughts ?

After a month of researching, I hope I made some good decisions. Break it to me easy.

Motherboard:
GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard $109.99 (after $20 mir)

Processor:

Video Card:

* Free Deus Ex game coupon worth $49.99 (whatever that means. never heard of the game, but whatever)

I already have a 500 gb HDD, DVD/CD Drive and ATX case I can use from my old desktop but I'm sure I'll need a new PSU as well as a new cooling system as well as operating software.

Am I missing anything else?

I'd get a Corsair TX650 or something for your PSU. 500W is pushing it if you ever want to upgrade.

Unless your Windows was retail, yea, you need to buy a new license.

Unless you plan to OC that 2500k, and might as well, the stock one that comes with the CPU is fine. Scythe and Xigmatek are my top two. Noctua if you can afford it.

If I wanted to, could I get a 2nd video card like mine and run them together? How would that change what you have suggested so far?

You can get a second card and Xfire it, yes, but you'd need a much bigger PSU to do so. Like a 700W.
