First time builder here. I am building my computer using this video as a walkthrough as I go along

YouTube - How To Build a Computer Step by Step From Scratch

Right now I am at the 15:39 mark where it talks about installing the video card. On the top left it has a message that seems important about onboard video and non onboard video. I am scared to install my video card because I have no idea how to tell whether I have onboard video or non onboard video. Here is my mobo and video card :

Asrock H61M/US3S3
Newegg.com - ASRock H61M/U3S3 LGA 1155 Intel H61 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Sapphire Radeon HD5770 )
Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100283-3L Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Can someone tell me which I have, I'm really bad with computers. Thanks.

go ahead and install the video card.
your motherboard does not have onboard video, although your CPU might.
in any case, your motherboard should automatically select to use your HD 5770 video card when it is installed.

Now I am having trouble wiring my computer. Every part except HDD and dvddrive is installed but I have no clue where the wires plug in to and reading the manual makes me even more confused. Any advice for putting cords in right places for a first time builder?
