I'm pretty sure this build would do a great job with what I want to do. But since I live in Germany it goes way over my budget. Do any of you here have a completely new build or modifications to this one that can make it less pricy?
Thank you for reading and for replies!

Specs look perfect. You could easily remove one of the 4890s to save money, a single one will plenty for now.

only problem i see is the asus mobo would cause a noticeable bottleneck on the second gfx card since it would only run at x4.

also, if you can afford 2 4890s, i would drop those and look at a single 5850 or 5870 instead.

but you say this is way over your budget though, so what is your budget? is it just for the tower or for an OS, keyboard/mouse, monitor also?

Muffin Man to what you said:
My budget is exactly 1150$ and 800€
I have Mouse Keyboard Speakers and Monitor. But I was wondering if I could use the Keyboard monitor and speakers of my 17 inch laptop?
My laptop came with a Samsung windows Vista installation disk? Can I use this on a built PC? Or do I have to buy a new OS?
Could you link me the 5850 and 5870 Graphic cards on newegg? What performance difference do two 4890s and one of the ones you suggested make? I think If I get only one Graphics card it would solve the bottleneck problem right?
And by the way can I use a DVD-Rom Optical drive from my old Desktop? Or do I have to buy a new one?
MY budget is for the Parts I listed in my first post and maybe a DVD-rom optical drive.

That is pretty expensive compared to the other one don't you think? Do you have a cheaper variant since I am considering the option that Muffin man said of getting one Graphics card.

Well, it's cheaper than two cards so...
You can get one HD4890 now and buy a second one later on. HD4890 should be plenty for those games.

Full Graphics Resolution (1440x900) and AA really? Remember I also want to record a video with Fraps. The VIdeo should have 30FPS but my ingame FPS should be 60+ while recording so I don't get lag.

wow, parts over there are a good bit more expensive than here in the US.

you still get a real nice rig, just had to cut back on a couple things. using the site you listed, this is what i managed to gather.

https://www.alternate.de/html/produ...rosoft/Windows_7_Home_Premium_64-Bit/366599/? windows 7 home premium

and yes, you can reuse your optical drive from your old desktop.

these come to a sub-total of €782.

with the addition of what i think means "shipping cost"(if i got the translation right), the total comes to €799.

Nicely done!
Can I use the old build with some modifications?

Intel® Core™ i5-750 Prozessor (Boxed, FC-LGA4, "Lynnfield") €164.88
Asus M4N68T (Sound, G-LAN, SATAII-RAID) €51,90
G.Skill DIMM 4 GB DDR3-1333 Kit (F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH, Ripjaws-Serie) €72,90
PowerColor HD5850 (HDMI, 2x DVI, DisplayPort)
Western Digital WD5000AAJS 500 GB (Caviar Blue) €39,99 (This have 7200RPM?)
Cooler Master RealPower M 620W (3x PCIe, Kabel-Management, Schwarz (Hochglanz)) €89,90
Cooler Master Elite 331 (Schwarz) €33,99
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit €79,90

Total: €822,46

If I use this build can I still play all of the listed games at highest resolution and Graphics and record full size with no lag?
