Any help would be aprreciated, I can spend around 1300-1400 $ .
Will I need some kind of cooling device or fans, or is it enough with the ones the case has ? , The processor already brings a heatsink and a fan.

Welcome to the forums. :D

Is there a particular reason you are going with ATI? Your right in going with an AMD for gaming. I would personally go with a dual core because it will give you greater performance when games become optimized for dual core processors.

EDIT: Check my sig for a $1350 computer for some ideas because i had the same price range as you do.

The only reason I am going with ati is cause I've been using ati my whole life and never had any problems with it.

hahaha EXCELLENT! another ATI fan, welcome my brother :) only problem I see is SAPPHIRE. don't get that brand, I'd stick with ATI radeon and never touch the sapphires. sure, they are cheaper but I'd bet you'd be better off without them. how's the price? if you can boost vid card spending I can help you out. I have an ATI RADEON x800xt plat. edition and I love it. I mean, if price is a problem, you can always go to nvidia :(

haha that case has 5x 80mm fans! wow! that's quite a lot :) I like the 120mm fans myself though. I assume 5 should be enough + CPU fan, power supply fan, vid card fan = air movement. sounds fine to me.
