am3 mobo requires ddr3 ram, like this set. - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH

and IMO, you should swap out the mobo for maybe this less expensive one. - ASUS M4A77TD AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard

to spend some more on a better gfx card. - XFX HD-577X-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

the rest looks good.
