Default building a budget computer

As the title says, i'm building a cheap, but hopefully usable computer. i'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions, or know if any of these parts are incompatable with each other. here are the parts i already have.

Antec Solution Series SLK3700AMB-super mid tower case
Seagate 120 GB internal hard drive(not sure about exact model number)

and here are the things i'm planning to buy

any help would be much appreciated.

This is what im thinking of buying and putting in a cheap but decent video card like the 7300 GS...All prebuilt so no worries. Check it out (im ahead though as I can avoid shipping cost with pickup) Works out to about 230 or so USD before shipping and video card believe it or not.

yes compatible, but for same price you could get socket AM2... in FACT, you could do it even cheaper, or get better parts instead.
