Default Building a basic rig, need mobo/ram/vid

I'm looking to build a basic rig for my girl, I don't need anything too fancy. She uses the system for internet, listening to music, watching videos, stuff like that. I'm basically replacing her current system, so I HAVE the following items.

Rosewill Case
500 Watt PSU
DVD Writer
320gb Seagate Sata

I'd like to go with this CPU:
Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 Allendale 1.8GHz 2M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor - Retail

Anyone able to recomend a decent motherboard to pair up with this C2D, some ram, and a video card? Onboard video will be fine for how she uses the system. Probably go 1gb of ram unless 2gb is a better buy.

Invisible,

I changed the video card to 8400GS

It has HDCP support as well. 7600GT doesn't have HDCP
