Default Build your "Dell Dimension B110" or 300-400$ Comp

Again one of my friends want to buy a comp... Dell Dimension B110..

and I want to build for him some thing like Dell Dimension B110, so I can get some for build comp.

Dell Dimension B110 have

Celeron D Processor 325 (2.53 GHz, 533 FSB), 80G hard drive, DVD/CD RW, speakers, keyboard and mouse
512MB ram. And no sound or video card, running from Mobo.
