Default build review

i havent been exactly keeping up with hardware for a while. i put together the following list of components but would appreciate it if someone could figure out how to shave $100-200 off from it. it will be used somewhere between general use and gaming. thanks,

thanks, ill check out those combos.
i was trying to get away from the mini vortex or whatever style thats called video card (re: noise) and can i get some more savings in a slower but still in that range cpu/ mother board?

the next step down, so to speak, would probably be an amd x4 955. while it's not quite as fast as an i5 750, it's still a very quick cpu.

here's a combo with it and a mobo.

If you don't this being on Tiger and not Newegg this is a very nice case a friend of mine has it and it has great airflow and you can mod it.

It also goes on sale sometimes so if your not attacked to that other one this is a great case too.

Also I don't know if its just me but I fancy EVGA boards over any other board and ASUS is the last of my choice after MSI Gigabyte XFX all those but its your choice that board above is great though.
