when you say x700 256mb 8x, do you mean it's an AGP card?

Do you already have ram? If you have regular DDR ram, then I recommend this.

yeah i agree with fr34ky. if not we will still help you of course. but its just that gfx card seems to imply you would be gaming in which case AMD is the clear winner.
