i thought intel was always > for data and applications of the sort because of the clock cycles. Anyway if your going to be under full load while encoding (takes a few hours doesnt it?) you might want to invest into some thermal paste and def a new heat sink. my 3.2 P4 HTT was always running 60-70C on full load (70+ = restart )
