Motherboard change - DFI Lanparty UT nf4 Ultra-D

Is he overclocking? If not, Corsair XMS isn't worth it. Regular Corsair ValueSelect will do fine.

Only other thing I would suggest is getting a different power supply. Antec is an "Eh, whatever" brand. You can find really good PSUs with ThermalTake, OCZ, and a lot more I can't remember cuz I'm not a PSU guy, lol.

Otherwise, it looks fine. Only thing I would really recommend changing is the motherboard, and you will save money with ValueSelect RAM.

Antec is one of the TOP brands, what are you smoking, and it's a good price.

I would change the motherboard to an MSI K8N Neo4-F or DFI Lanparty Ultra-D depending on the budget, and drop down the ram to cheaper ram like Corsair valueselect.

I would also get an eVGA, Leadtek or BFG branded graphics card

As above, with mboard and antecs are great. Get a sata150 seagate hardrive not an ide. Get this ram:

With the savings in ram price you could bump up the processor to this:

and a slightly better video card is a 6800, but a little more money
