Default Budget PC.

Im in need of another computer, something that I can do calculations on for my company. Basically it will be used ligthly, no games.

AMD 1.5 GHz Sempron 2200+ processor with 3DNow! Technology
200MHz Frontside Bus
128 MB DDR Memory, expandable to 2 GB
One PC266 DDR DIMM Socket available
Integrated 10/100 Ethernet Connection
Integrated Graphics up to 64 MB, default setting 32 MB

I found this system to be the most budget pc, however Im concerned. I already have most of the things they dont have such as

hard drive
cd-rom drive
operating system

Could someone help me find the rigth hard drive and a good cd rom for this computer?

If you plan on paying a dollar more than $150 for this machine, you're getting ripped off. And $150 is even high.
