Default Budget PC

I want to build a budget PC for my gf. It doesnt have to be great, but she would like to play WoW on decent settings, and maybe the Sims 2 aswell. I'm looking to spend around $500, and I don't need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or speakers. But I do need WiFi access, and preferrably a case that is not to dull. What would you suggest?

You can get 7600GS or 7600GT for about the same price and they both outperform X1650pro
