I'm doing a budget build for a local customer, this will be an office PC.

Is this Processor compatible with this motherboard? The Processor is an "Athlon 64" but the Motherboad says it is compatible with "Phenom FX / Phenom / Athlon 64 FX / Athlon 64 X2".

Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 LE-1640 Lima 2.7GHz Socket AM2 45W Single-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-MA74GM-S2 AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 740G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

If not what board would you guys recommend for this Processor and vice versa? I'm trying to stay around the $100 area like I am now for the Processor and mobo.

The fact that the customer needs Access 2007(along with other MS Office products) is really tightening the wallet when it comes to the components.

Here's the rest of the components I have picked out.

Newegg.com - SAMSUNG Black 22X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA DVD Burner - CD / DVD Burners

Newegg.com - Athenatech A3602BB.400 Black Steel MicroATX Mid Tower Computer Case ATX 2.01v 400W (20+4-P, Dual +12V,2 x SATA Connectors) Power Supply - Computer Cases

Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD1600AAJS 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

Newegg.com - Acer X193W+BD Black 19" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 2000:1 (ACM) - LCD Monitors

Newegg.com - WINTEC AMPO 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model 3AMD2800-2G2K-R - Desktop Memory

This build will be running Vista Business 64-bit(w/ upgrade to Windows 7 upon release).

I'm at $861.39 so far(including Office 2007, speakers, keyboard)
