Default Budget Build

I am doing a budget build for someone, and I am wondering, is the Sempron 64 2800+ Palermo skt 754 any good? They are on a budget of $350.

yes that's a very good budget processor. and if you can find a cheap skt 754 board with OC capabilites, it tends to OC well to.

yeah that sounds like a good deal but anyways I already bought the current computer parts:

AMD Sempron 64 2800+ Palermo 754
ASUS K8U-X SKT 754
PowerColor 9800PRO 128mb (380/674) AGP 8x
A-DATA V-Series 1GB PC-3200

And some other stuff that I am to lazy to list... It came out to like $350, this computer should be good enough for light gaming on CS:S and HL2.
