Default bro's comp upgrade

Hey guys

Watcha think about an upgrade for my bro's computer. The rest of the parts are ok. Just need to upgrade the cpu and the mobo.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 Conroe 2.33GHz

and one of the two. (cant tell the difference other than one is p31 and the other is p35)

The P31 just has less onboard USB ports, than the DS3L....and supports a max of 4GB, as oppose to the P35's 8GB limit. The P31 also has the ICH7 chipset, instead of the ICH9, like the P35.
