Talking board vs board

HI guys, wondering if any of you know the diff between the
Asus p5gd2 and the Asus p5gd2X.
My p5gd2 board died and was replaced under warranty with a p5gd2x.
I said i would be happy as long as what they put in is the same as what came out. Looking online since getting it home though it appears that i may have been "cheaped out " by the dealer.
Does anyone out there have any idea of any differences between the 2, and should i be happy or ringing necks!!!!
Cheers guys
