Default On-board processors?

Thinking of upgrading my old server from a dual P2 to one of those low-end motherboards with the on-board processors. It's only 70 bucks for the whole thing, but it does have a 1.2GHz Athlon, and it's not going to be my main computer, so it doesn't need to be overkill. Just something to run Windows XP and Linux, Bittorrenting, using IM clients, nothing CPU heavy...

Anyone know if these on-board processor things are a no-no?

Even if it is an extremely economical choice, I still think it'd be a huge improvement from a Tyan S1686 and two 266MHz processors... Atleast I'd get to use DDR instead of the extremely horrible EDO ram.
