Unhappy Blown power supply in Dell Inspiron 531S

I just did something really dumb. I arrived from the US, brought with me my daughter's PC and plugged it in without switching the power supply to 230 volts. Result: loud flash and bang - and even when I did switch it over to 230 volts, it is dead.

QUESTION: Is it possible to get a replacement AND to have this installed? If so, where would I get one and who would be able to install it? I have ZERO technical knowledge about these things. Or should I just suck it up and replace the PC? Bummer, because all my daughter's stuff is on the hard drive.

If you did not want to do it yourself you could take it to any pc repair shop. Hopefully the psu was the only thing you blew.

Where are you located now?
