question I have a buddy of man who bought a blackberry and cannot access his emails on it. he was told he needs a password. he has a server in his office what does he do? so what is the password? and how do I get it for him etc?

There is some setup involved with using a Blackberry with your company email server, if it is even available. Have him check with the Tech guys there.

so the guy who does his web page and email stuff should have the password?

Whoever handles the email server, wether its Exchange or Lotus Notes, will have to set up a blackberry account and make other changes on the server for him to have wireless access to his email.
