Default Which is better?

Hey im looking at 2 different notebooks from a company, however im not sure which is better. Im leaning to the second one, but for some reason the first one is more expensive. Please let me know which is the better notebook system.

FIRST:
Intel Centrino-Mobile processor at 1.6GHz
512 MB DDR-RAM
DVD+/-RW
80GB Hard Drive
15.4" Widescreen WXGA Active-Matrix TFT Screen

SECOND:
Intel Core Duo Processor T2300(2MB L2 cache, 1.66GHz, 667MHz FSB)
15.4" XGA TFT-LCD Display
512MB DDR2 667 SD RAM
80GB Hard Drive
DVD Dual Drive (DVD+/-RW)
Mobile Intel 945PM Express Chipset
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950

Let me know which is better. Like i said im leaning towards the second, but the first is more expensive, as for the vid card on the first...im not sure what it is, but its most likly the same.

Thanks
