Best video card for under $60

I'm building a computer and I'm on a tight budget. I need a CPU and a Video card both for under $140, I have the CPU picked out my friend is selling me his E7300 for $70 so that leaves about $60 for a video card (Including S&H which would be around $10) So what is the best video card I can get for around $60. $60 after mail in rebate. It has 320 shader processing units and GDDR4.

Definetly worth every penny.

^ That card is a lot worse than the 4670. On Nvidia's side, a 9600gt is similar to a 4670.

The Apollo is a decent brand. A guy here was running one at a lan tournament (I don't think it was that model though). Seemed to perform great, even in a hot environment.
