Default best processor

im not sure what processor will go good with this mobo

Gigabyte GA-EP43-S3L iP43 Socket 775 8 channel audio ATX Motherboard - Ebuyer

what would you guys reccomend?

i have £250 to build a compleat system i have my case PSU and HDD picked out allready

just not sure on a mobo/processor

any idears

oh yeah and i need ram forgot about that lol

E2220/E5200/E7300/E7400

E5200 would probably be best for the cost if you're going low budget.

That board can run all Core 2's including Quads. Don't know how much you're spending for a processor so it's hard to tell what you should get.

Edit: Well if you have that much more to spend, then upgrade to a better P45 chipset:

Yea, they overclock pretty well. And will overclock better with P45 rather than P43.
