Default Best price/performance PCI video card

I am looking for a PCI video card that will be used for nothing special at all... just want an upgrade over onboard GFX. So basically all I want to know is what is the best PCI video card for the money?

Yeah if you want decent PCI video card for dirt cheap the 5200 should be alright. Are you talking PCI-e though because no one has built plain old vanilla PCI video cards since TNT or Voodoo

Also don't forget about the 6200. Are you much of a gamer if so, look at getting a 6600 not a gt, there pretty cheap if you want to just barely play games at about 30 frames + Just look at NEWEGG for prices

Depending on how much you wanna spend? Check out this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814170070
or
www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814123140

basically $100 if that's too much just write back
