Newegg.com - Antec earthwatts EA500 500W Continuous Power ATX12V v2.0 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX 450W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies

Not worried about price of the two of them i just want to know which one i should go with?

I'd personally go with the Antec. They are both going to be very close in actual performance, though.

Are you going to be doing any overclocking? I might consider a little bit more if you are. Only because you are running quite a few additional drives, and that video card does draw off the PSU.

Both are good, I can't speak from personal experience on the antec but I have 2 450vx's, my HTPC has one running an OCd x2 4400 and 9800gt and another machine has an OC X2 5000BE and OC'd 9800gtx+, both run 24/7 flawlessly. I've had sli 9800gt on the 450vx as well without issue.
