best possible fan spot on aspire case

i have an aspire explorer case, and i'm wondering what the best was to cool my case would be, if its to drill new fan holes and mount them where should i put them, and should they be intake or exhaust? maybe some fan suggestions, (def dont have the cash to run a water cooling, like zalman)

best cooling front intake, rear exhaust, and if you have it side intake, top exhaust.

You want to have equal air going in and air going out, or what the manufacturer specifies for the case, as in my case (no pun intended) I have front 120mm intake, back 120mm, top 92 and rear 92 as exhaust, with the whole of the front of my case air going in through the mesh/foam grill and air from the bottom being forced in.
