Yeah, the FX5500 or Radeon 9550 is the best you're gonna do, PCI wise. Neither of them will really perform well if you plan to game, either.

HAHA, well...

I have something worse than a Dell.....

an HP.

HAHA, yeah, its like 3 years old and the story is a long one.

Decent performance outside of gaming. I got a P4 at 2.5 and 512mb of RAM blah blah blah.

My bro just got a game called "Fable" and we couldnt play it cuz the card I bought for this to replace its onboard Intel graphics was bad THEN and HORRIBLE now.

Thanks guys for the help!

I think that the 6200 just came out for PCI. Check newegg.com

My friend has one that installed in his Dell with a 3.0ghz P4 with HT... It runs CS:S pretty **** well, if I may say so.

HP is not worse than Dell, your PC is simply old and was never built for gaming in the first place.

look at the PC in my sig i gotta an fx5500 to replace my intel graphics and it actually show a difference because UT2004 is actually playable and so is civ4 it gave me a good bump in performance in other games too, nothing mind blowing but i'm content with it.
