Default Best Mobo, Cpu and Ram Combo!

Well..... I have had a fatal loss to my computer. The coca cola was detrimental to its health and it is no longer working.... soooo... I am looking to get this bad boy back up and running. It has a working PSU, HDD, optical drives and case.

Pretty much, I'm looking for the best 3 mobo, cpu and ram i can get for 250-350$. I would really like to have 4 gigs of decent ram on a fully atx mobo.

I built my last rig but it was getting old and im not up to date on technology. All suggestions welcome, Thanks!

Newegg.com - Intel Pentium E2200 Allendale 2.2GHz 1MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Retail
Newegg.com - ABIT IP35-E LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
total 284. You should get 3.6 out of that cpu.

Make sure you have or get a 64 bit OS to take advantage of your memory. 32 bit OS's are unable to read, use or even show the full 4 gigs.
