Default Best headphones for the money ?

I need a good pair of headphones, but I can't spend upward of $30 shipped on them. I don't really like the ear-bud headphones. I'm looking for regular headphones, that cover the entire ear, and with loootttts of bass. If anyone knows of any good headphones for less than $30 shipped, please post them !

I have the sennheiser PMX 200 and they cost me £30, but they are unbelievable, they're great. And there are the PMX 100's, (slightly cheaper). Which are meant to be great as well, but they don't isolate your ear so much.

I've always used plantronics, though they are more gamers phones rather than audiophile phones.
