Question Best budget gamer videocard to go with sempron 2800+

I am building a budget system for my friend ecause he wants to play games but nothing too high but still good. I bought him a sempron 2800+ but for a videocard he doesn't want to spend more than $130. What card do you think will match up good with his sempron and will give him the best bang for the buck? thanx guys.

That's not really a budget card.

We need to know slot, price range, useage of the graphics card, ect.

9800 Pro is a good card too... Just keep it in mind. Tried and proven results.

You'll be able to play D3 on high settings quite smoothly with a 9800 Pro, but I heard the 6600GT is cheaper and better.

The 6600GT is around $150 depending on the brand you get. He wants to spend $130 max.
