Default Best bang for buck?

Im looking to upgrade my CPU/motherboard and am pretty sure the Corei5 is my best option but unsure the best value for my money. Im also looking to get a SSD and new CPU fan.
Just from browsing newegg i made a quick wishlist and am looking for feedback.

CPU - Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell Quad-Core 3.4GHz
MoBo - ASRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer
HDD - SAMSUNG 850 EVO-Series MZ-75E250B/AM 2.5" 250GB SATA III 3-D
CPU fan - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan

Trying to keep my budget under $600 including shipping/tax. Any help is always appreciated!

Looks good so far, I have a ASUS Z87 but same CPU and SSD (Well the 840 but the 850 wasn't out yet when I got it) and there great, still using stock fan though I only have tried the mild OC that's set up in the Bios but have had NO heat issues so unless you plan to really OC I'd skip the fan now until you find you need it.

Get the 4690k instead, and don't buy that board. Get the Extreme 4 or 6 instead.
