Default Best AGP videocard for under $150

For now i dont want to spend a lot of money on upgrading my system, so i just want a better videocard than my not so good Asus 6600. I mainly play bf 2142, and when i do i can play at medium decent, but i get really bad lag spikes, and sometimes I will be looking one way, and thne liek 2 seconds later im facing an other way. It's pretty annoying. So what is a pretty good AGP card for under $150. It can be used too.

Well, I can't go on Newegg, it hasn't been responding for me for a week now. But this seems like a good deal on TD:

a 1600 would be pretty close to a 6600 in performance. A 6800gs would be a pretty good jump.
