Default Benefits of SLI?

Hi, I recently ordered an SLI compatible mobo and I bought a evga 7800gt video card with it and was wondering if it is really worth dishing out another $300 to get another 7800gt to take advantage of SLI? Is it really a significant upgrade when playing high end games? Or do you guys think it is better using the money on a WD Raptor hdd?

SLI/Crossfire: The cold hard truth

It's a waste of money, and its for people who have lots of money.

WD raptor or a 7800GT hmm, you could get another hdd of the same kind you have in your system and then put them in raid 0 for half the price and for more space i love my raid
