Forget the raptor: get another 250GIG WD HD and raid them for ultra performance. Get Samsung 22" monitor and samsung DVD Drive.

All that for your b-day? Does your folks want to adopt me? I had to roll b-day and father's day together to get my graphics card.

i like my monitor, its cheap and very good, plus i would like to have two of the same monitors, plus i thought a 10k rpm hd would be better performance?

The raided WDs would be just as fast, cheaper, and offer tons more storage.

This is good

Newegg.com - SAMSUNG Black 18X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 18X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA DVD Burner With LightScribe Technology - OEM

But remember it is OEM (like most burners) and you will need to purchase a separate S-ATA cable.
