Default ati x800xl is it good for light gaming?

Hi. Is the ati x800xl good for light gaming? I live in Canada so this card is on sale on my town computer store( 125.00) Canadian dollars.
Another question, I am going to use this card on my new rig which is amd 3800 x2, is a 450 power supply ok for this set up?
Thanks.

Yep that's good for light gaming. And that 450W PSU should be good enough, because I see that the minimum recommended is 350W.

Im not how much this card is canadin, but it was pretty much the best card in the low 100's price range. You should check it out it's a pretty sweet deal, im about to put it into a system.

I have a computer that uses an x800. It looks great and can play F.E.A.R. on just about max settings.
