Default ASUS p5ld2-vw Motherboard

I just came across one of these on sale on craigslist. the description is very vague, all it says is "Asus p5ld2-vw motherboard with an intel pentium 1.6 ghz CPU and heatsink, tested working."
I emailed requesting more info, and their asking 45, is it worth that? if not, what would one of these go for right now?

I think he meant a VM there is no VW. That is a Intel 775. That CPU could be a Pentium D or a Pentium 4. If you need it, it's not a bad deal.
