T talldude123 Banned Messages 7,915 Oct 13, 2006 #2 Yes, the motherboard supports the X2. The processor you have now is pretty fast (I'm using it now), but for gaming, i don't recommend it. It's quite slower than the rest of your setup. Go for it, get an X2.
