Default Is this assembly compatible?

I'm pretty sure this motherboard assembly is compatible, can anyone check and see if I'm right?

ASUS P5N-E SLI LGA 775 motherboard

Pentium D 925 Presler cpu

CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 or
CORSAIR ValueSelect 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667

a question that may seem obvious to most of you, the (2 X 1GB) means two memory sticks, right? This is from newegg website.

2x1GB means that it's two memory sticks, yes.

If you check the customer reviews, someone else used the same Pentium D processor you want to use.

The whole thing is compatible, and if you wanted to, you could buy 4 sticks of RAM.
