Too expensive. Besides, it appears the price went back to normal... What should I get? 2 GB RAM and 7900GS or 1 GB RAM and X1950XT?

I would go with the X1950XT and 1 Gig of RAM... you can get another Gig of RAM when you get $50... a GPU upgrade would be costlier...

awesome... but i might recommend an aftermarket cooler, because ppl say the current one.... well.... loud and hot.... see if u get get a zalman vf-900 or something like that

I am forced to use the stock VGA cooler due to having an SFF PC, and mine gets the job done just fine.... 1950XT.
