Default Any problems with this processor brand?

I am looking at this model:

Intel Pentium D 925 Presler 3.0GHz

$123 bucks.

I'm assuming it's good for a new comp to hold RHE4 and an oracle database. I never used a dual processor before, will there be issues there?

Anyone have anything negative to say about this brand?

This one's better, and it's cheaper.
