Default Any idea why a hard drive isn't working?

Well I have 3 old hard drives 1 of which I know works. Anyway I have plugged them in and tried switching jumpers around but they just don't work. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Okay now one is working. I guess I missed a pin setup.

ok, on 1 ide drive set one to master and one set to slave. Just keep fiddling with combos until you get it working.
