Any difference between these two ram sticks?

I have a windows xp machine with 1gb of ram and i want to add another 1gb of ram. it uses pc3200 so its hard to find cheap memory for it. i found these two on amazon

as far as i can tell, they are both the same. can anyone tell me if they are different?

if someone knows of a cheaper place to find pc3200 400mhz ddr ram, please let me know

The KVR400/1GR is the newer version of the KVR400X64C3A/1G. It even says so in the product description of the KVR400X64C3A/1G.
