Another heatsink i need help with (pic)

I need help with taking this one off too.here is a picture

Well, it's kinda hard to tell you where to pull, but the lever that is facing the fan try to lift that up "forward" with a screw driver.
Please take another picture of your whole motherboard that would help me and the rest of members tell you what to do.
I hope you'll remember how to put that heatsink back on though.....
