i would. you can easily (b what iv heard) get a e8400 to 4.0ghz.

thats solveable, tuniq tower. if i got one i wouldn't go past 4ghz anyway.

Even with good coolers they are still running a bit hotter than they should. I know I got my 6850 to a little above 4.o and dropped to 4.0 for everyday usage.

for my last 2 budget builds i got an e2180 and they both oc'ed to 2.6ghz easily with stock volt and stock cooler.
