Default Amd Xp?

Hello, im new here, so hi to everyone out there. My question may seem pretty simple so bear with me. I have a Gigabyte 2004 RZ motherboard running a AMD Sempron 2600 processor, and want to upgrade. The Motherboard states it supports AMD Sempron and AMD XP processors. I have looked on the AMD website and saw nothing of AMD XP processors, could someone supply some info on them for me? or mabey the AMD XP is under a different name or something? Thanks for reading this

your motherboard supports two different sockets? because XP processors are Socket A and Sempron Processors are socket 754. Those are two different series.
